For seven weeks, EISODE becomes Radio Vestige – a pirate laboratory filled with transmitters and receivers where Martín Rodríguez explores the potentials that radio holds in terms of affect, embodiment and temporality. This project invite us to feel the waves and perceive their resonances through fully experienced space and time.

Martín Rodríguez is a sound artist who explores radio as a medium of transformation. Through performance, intervention and installation, he uncovers intertwined sonic histories and identities. His works focus on the embodiment of radio waves and on sound as a vessel for affective transmission.
His work has been presented at the Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal, the Museo Universitario Arte Contemporáneo in Mexico, the Fonderie Darling in Montréal, and the Walking Festival of Sound and Spektrum in Germany. Martín is currently completing a master’s degree in Intermedia at Concordia University.
